When they cruelly laugh at and make fun of you to your face, you gotta know the jig is up. ("This administration is soaring, not sinking. If anything, they are re-arranging the deck chairs on the Hindenburg.")

It will only get worse. The jig's up; everybody now knows. The sharks are circling - they smell blood. Press conferences turn into feeding frenzies. Your spokesperson even distances himself and your family is ashen, transfixed finally by the truth.

When your minister (Jim Winkler of both Bush and Cheney's United Methodists church) says "High crimes have been committed against the people of the United States and Iraq. We were led into war under false premises." - you know that even in the red states you are now considered a crook.

And now 44% of your fanatical Christian core supporters know that you lied and deceived and that more than one hundred thousand Iraqis are dead and hundreds of thousands more are maimed or grief stricken or terrorized because of you; because you couldn't resist the temptation to be commander in chief and the temptations of Iraq as a client state. And there's no way out. You're a war criminal in their eyes now George.

When a writer in a very right wing newsite explains "The third anniversary of the U.S.-led overthrow of Saddam Hussein has rattled many former war supporters and confirmed the fears of war opponents. Contrary to the stereotypes, the faithful can often face the moral complexities of politics and war better than the secularist utopians." - you gotta put away the wrestler's menace, everybody now regards you as a loser. You'd better put on a humbler face and find a convenient exit.

And it's not just festering Iraq and the damage done to America by Bush Admin cynical arrogance and inept imperialism in the oil rich Middle East - it's Gitmo and Abu Gharib, torture and renditions to slimy torture states. It's wire taps on Americans, willy-nilly, political, dictatorial. It's astronomical deficits and a sinking dollar. It's playing Nixonian hardball against Valerie Plame that's now got lawyers involved.. And negligence in New Orleans, high gas prices while oil cronies get richer, temperatures rising while White House greenwashers rewrite science, etc. etc. etc.

It's over. Dead man walking. The last days a spiral down into personal hell like Nixon.

You're safe from impeachment because your masters have too much to lose and your fellow Republicans even less hope if you go on trial.

But it's over and you are the ultimate lame duck. President Mahmud Ahmadinejad in Iran knows this and taunts you cause he knows your ambition to be regime change hero in Iran too. But you, Dick and Rummy so badly botched Iraq, Ahmadinejad laughs at you and dares the Israelis.

And even if you are left impotent and can't continue your crusade to inflame the whole Muslim world, after uniting most of Asia against America, oil could still spike to over $100 a barrel this summer with another God sent hurricane season and you'll be toast; with business leaders joining your so carefully cultivated military and the ranks of the fundamentalists know-nothings in saying 'George, baby, it's time to go.' You're done.
