Abdul Aziz al-Hakim announced today "he would like to see a Shiia region in the south" in one of his desperate attempts to sell South Iraq to Iran.

I don’t understand which government he means because it’s their government, it is the Shiia alliances government with Al-da’wa party is the majority, Badr is the military wing of Al-Da’awa.
